Knottinghill Bowtie’s guarantee is simple and easy. We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with any stock item you purchase from us, we will replace it or refund your purchase price. 

A stock bow tie is any tie that is not made from a custom pattern or material. 

The items that we make to order are not considered standard, and may not be returned or replaced unless there is a defect in the fabric or in our workmanship.

Returns

Knottinghill Bowties strive to provide you with the ultimate customer service. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns with a 30 day period, or will exchange any stock bowtie returned to us in new, unused condition, also within 30 days. Returns must have prior authorization.

Kindly include a copy of your invoice in your e-mail and let us know how you would like us to handle your return.

We offer three return options:

• Exchange for another item,

• Return for a credit,

• Or Return for a refund.

Shipping

All products will be shipped within 48 hours of the order being completed.  The flat shipping fee covers USPS shipping to all US locations.  We will notify you via e-mail when your order has been shipped.  We package all items using recycled materials.  Even though your choice might be red, blue or pink bowtie, it will actually be packaged in an environmentally "green"  method!
